Franck Pontais is a chef traiteur, Charcutier and Butcher who really enjoys sharing his passion with the catering industry and the retail sector, as well as teaching in culinary schools and demonstrating for different corporations.
In his Persuit to continue learning and advance his skills further Frank worked for Harrods and Selfridges in variouse culinery roles, most notably at Selfridges where he launched the Traiteur Department in Manchester, Frank is also well known from the BBC Ready Steady Cook Programe. Most recently Franck won Iron Chef UK in December 2010. Franck also demonstrated cookery using Singapore Food Products in 2010 at Paris.
