Eddie Shepherd is a 26-year-old one of a kind, exciting, award winning, vegetarian chef. Described as “the Heston Blumenthal of the vegetarian world” Eddie uses modern cookery techniques and culinary flair to produce innovative dishes that challenge any preconceptions of what vegetarian food can be. And in 2009 his unique, creative and ambitious cooking won him the title of Cordon-verts ‘Chef of the future’.
Buzzing with enthusiasm and obsessive about great modern food Eddie is driven by a desire to show just how brilliant, cleverly conceived, meat-free cuisine can be.
