Delia Smith


Delia Smith CBE (born 18 June 1941) is a British cook and television presenter, known for her interest in teaching basic cookery skills. She is the UK's best-selling cookery author, with more than 21 million copies sold.Born to a Welsh mother in Woking, Surrey, Smith attended Bexleyheath School, leaving at the age of 16 without a single O-level. Her first job was as a hairdresser, and she also worked as a shop assistant and in a travel agency before starting her career in cookery.When Delia was 16, her boyfriend often complimented her, saying how good her food was.
This was the nudge forward that made Delia take that step into cookery. At 21, she started work in a tiny restaurant in Paddington called The Singing Chef. She started as a washer-upper, then moved on to waitressing, and then was allowed to help with the cooking. She started reading English cookery books in the Reading Room at the British Museum, trying out the recipes on a Harley Street family with whom she was living at the time.

Donald Link


Inspired by his grandfather, Donald Link began cooking at a very young age. From dishwashing at age 15, he quickly began a career cooking in Louisiana restaurants. In 1993 he moved to San Francisco to attend The California Culinary Academy, and during that time he worked at a number of Bay Area Restaurants. After a two year stint as Sous Chef at Bayona, Donald returned to San Francisco to work with Loretta Keller at Bizou and to open Jardiniere with Traci Des Jardin. During his time on the West Coast, Donald’s cooking style became more refined, and his appreciation for raw ingredients and delicate approach to technique came into focus.

David Rocco


David Rocco is a Canadian actor and producer. He is most famous for producing and hosting the television series David Rocco's Dolce Vita. He was also the co-creator and host of Catalyst Entertainment's food and travel hybrid series Avventura: Journey in Italian Cuisine, as well as Don't Forget Your Passport.
Born in Toronto, to Neapolitan parents, the 36-year-old Canadian-Italian is the youngest of three children. He says that his lifelong appreciation for good food started in his mother's kitchen when he was a little boy and it continues to inspire him today.

Duff Goldman


Duff Goldman was born in Detroit, Michigan and moved shortly thereafter to Missouri. Goldman's nickname Duff came about when he was a baby.Jeffery Adam "Duff" Goldman (born December 17, 1974) is the star of the Food Network reality television show Ace of Cakes. He is an American cook, baker, and food artist who has been described as both audacious and creative.[1] He owns a cake shop in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S. named Charm City Cakes. His work and talent have also been featured on the Food Network Challenge, Iron Chef America, Oprah, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

David Adjey


David Adjey is a world renowned chef, consulting with many restaurants in Toronto and throughout North America. He is known for his appearances on the Food Network Canada show Restaurant Makeover, which is seen in over 16 countries worldwide and ran for seven seasons, starting in 2005.
Adjey appeared on the season 7 premiere episode of Iron Chef America, where he faced off against Iron Chef Michael Symon. Michael Symon was his roommate and good friend in culinary school. The theme ingredient was sturgeon. The episode originally aired on October 5, 2008. Adjey and Symon fought to a rare tie/draw. Adjey asked for the help of Andrew Bradford from Jacob's restaurant in Toronto, and Rendel Mercer of the Spoke Club, also in Toronto, to act as his sous chefs for the competition.

Daniel Boulud


Daniel Boulud (born March 25, 1955 in Saint-Pierre de Chandieu, France) is a French chef and restaurateur with restaurants in New York City, Palm Beach, Miami, Vancouver and Beijing. He is best known for Daniel, his eponymous, Michelin 3-star restaurant in New York City.
While raised on a farm outside of Lyon and trained by renowned French chefs, Boulud made his reputation in New York, first as a chef and most recently a restaurateur. His management company, The Dinex Group, currently includes six restaurants and Feast & Fêtes Catering. His restaurants include Daniel, Café Boulud, DB Bistro Moderne, Bar Boulud, and DBGB Kitchen & Bar in New York City. He has also created Café Boulud in Palm Beach and the Michelin-star Daniel Boulud Brasserie in Las Vegas (since closed).
