Ben O'Donoghue

Ben O’Donoghue started off his career working in a number of restaurants in his native Australia. Upon arriving in the UK, he hit the ground running by working at The River Café in London. Since then, Ben has worked as a consultant and food stylist to Jamie Oliver, and has assisted Jamie at various catering functions, including cooking for Tony Blair and the Italian Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street in 2001. Ben lived in the UK for 13 years before returning to Australia.
When not in the kitchen Ben is frequently working at his laptop writing a regular column for Delicious Magazine in Australia as well as writing cookbooks with Hardie Grant Books, 'Outdoor: Grill Your Way Round the World' was released in October 2008, with the second edition Ben's Barbeque released in August 2009.

Bruce Lim

Chef Bruce Lim is a Filipino-Chinese, who was born and raised in America. Recently, he made the decision to go back to the Philippines to trace his roots and get culinary inspiration from native Filipino cuisine. Although he has a host of specialties -from traditional French and Italian cuisines to Euro-Asian and international food- he is also a master of creative food presentation.

His TV career began when he hosted segments for a health drink in the show "Magandang Umaga Pilipinas" (Good Morning Philippines), a daily magazine show in the Philippine's largest broadcasting network. Over the years, his role as host of the popular Tablescapes: Life on a Plate AFC series has propelled him to the rising star he is is today.

Brian Boitano

Brian Anthony Boitano (born October 22, 1963) is an American figure skater from Sunnyvale, California. He is the 1988 Olympic champion, the 1986 and 1988 World Champion, and the 1985-1988 U.S. National Champion. He turned professional following the 1988 season. He returned to competition in 1993 and competed at the 1994 Winter Olympics, where he placed sixth. In What Would Brian Boitano Make?, Brian takes viewers on a reality cooking adventure as he creates amazing food for a new event in each episode focusing on innovative but accessible dishes.

Bal Arneson

Bal Arneson is an author, educator and passionate advocate for simple and healthy, Indian inspired cooking. Since September of 2009 Bal has been hosting a weekly cooking segment broadcast on Global Television in British Columbia. In July of 2010 her series Spice Goddess was launched on the Cooking Channel in the United States and then in the fall of 2010 it will premier on the Food Network in Canada . Her first cookbook Everyday Indian (published by Whitecap in 2009) is a best seller and her next cookbook is due out in the Fall of 2010. She is also a culinary correspondent for the National Post, one of Canada’s national newspapers.

Brad Long

Brad Long is a Canadian born chef. He is known for his appearances on the hit Food Network show Restaurant Makeover, which is seen in over 16 countries worldwide.

For ten years Chef Long worked at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment where he was responsible for feeding more than 20 million fans at Toronto's Air Canada Centre and BMO Field. His responsibilities included creating team meals for the organization's NBA and NHL teams; and overseeing quick service, catering and restaurants including The Platinum Club, one of Toronto’s finest dining rooms.

Bobby Flay

Bobby Flay's culinary versatility is evident in the multiple talents he brings to the field: as a critically-acclaimed chef/restaurateur, award-winning cookbook author and television personality. However his first priority always remains with his restaurants.

Flay discovered his culinary identity at the age of 17, working as a cook at the famed theatre district haunt, Joe Allen's. This eventually led Flay to study at The French Culinary Institute where he earned the first "Outstanding Graduate Award" in 1993.

Bob Blumer

Culinary adventurer Bob Blumer is the host and co-creator of the award-winning television series Glutton for Punishment. The series, now taping it’s fifth season, is produced by Paperny Films for Food Network Canada. It airs on the Food Network in the U.S. as well as in over thirty countries world-wide.
Blumer is an instantly recognizable personality, best-known as the creator and host of the Food Network series Surreal Gourmet, one of the most innovative and entertaining cooking shows on television. The award-winning show, two-time winner of the Gemini Award as Best Information Program, ran for five seasons and is still seen in over twenty-five countries.
